Does the knitter on you list have everything (doubtful)? Why not a handmade gift that's knitting related? This is the cutest idea and you could do it with alpacas, sheep, bunnies, possum etc and give them as a fibre set.

I'm knitting these right now and they are the quickest project I've ever come across! The pattern is accurate and easy to read and the bulky yarn and big needles make it go so fast! Definitely on my gift giving this this holiday season!
